Seraikela-Kharsawan police to beef up security for Eid

Seraikela: Seraikela-Kharsawan district police administration has beefed up security in the district in view of Eid celebrations. This was informed by the Superintendent of Police Chandan Kumar Sinha who convened a crime meeting at his office Monday.
During the meeting, the SP directed all district police officials to ensure speedy disposal of pending cases and crime control through effective patrolling.
According to DSP Deepak Kumar, the meeting was mainly called to review the law and order situation in the district and plan security measures for Eid. The SP asked the officers in-charge of all police stations to hold meeting with the local peace committees and asked them to be on alert.
