Seraikela: A newly developed tribal culture centre set up welfare department was inaugurated at village Balrampur on Seraikela-Kharsawan Road to Tuesday.
Seraikela MLA Champai Soren and Kharsawan legislator Krishna Gagrai jointly inaugurated the centre.
Champai Soren on the occasion said that the centre would be a great help to the tribal communities who would be able to meet and discuss matters on culture and development and host events.
He assured all help to the centre for its proper functioning.
Soren further said that the BJP-led government was trying to deprive the Adivasi and Moolbasi of their rights.
It was the JMM which stood for the cause of tribal communities in Jharkhand and would continue to stand by their sides. Kharsawan legislator also spoke on the occasion.
Present on the occasion among others were JMM block president, Sonaram Bodra, Guruprasad Mahato, Akshay Mandal, Shambhu Acharya and others.
