Seraikela: Lord Jagannath, his brother Balbhadra and sister Subhadra on Sunday reached Mousi Bari from Srimandir amid thousands of devotees who were part of the Rath Yatra. Earlier, Lord Jagannath, his brother Balbhadra and sister Subhadra had a night halt at Bododand on Saturday. They will relax here for nine days and will return to Harimandir on July 22. The chariots of Lord Jagannath traversed through Gopbandhu Chowk, market and Thana Chowk before reaching Mousi Bari.

Devotees from Seraikela and nearby areas participated in the Rathyatra which began on Saturday.
The chariot carried Lord Jagannath, his brother Balbhadra and sister Subhadra at the Jagannath temple in the presence of a huge crowd gathered for a glimpse of the Almighty.
On the occasion artists performed the rituals while SDO and DSP ordered law and order maintenance in the district while members of the Jagganath Mandali were advised for smooth running of the Rath.
A fair has been put up at Seraikela on the occasion of Rath Yatra which saw people enjoy the joyrides along with the discounted market.
Large number of people came out to enjoy the fair on Sunday being a holiday.
Forces have been pressed into service at the fair to avoid any untoward incident.
President of fair organising committee said, the fair is for all the residents and it is attached to the faith of the people.
After nine days of stay, Lord Jagannath will return home to the temple on Bahura Rath.
