Seminar on workers participation in management

Jamshedpur, Feb. 3: The Central Board for Workers Education (CBWE), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Labor & Employment, Government of India, Regional Directorate, Jamshedpur, kicked off a three-day seminar on �Workers Participation in Management� at the Electric Loco Training Centre (ELTC), Tatanagar, South Eastern Railway on Wednesday.

A large number of railway employees including senior officers, trainee loco pilots participated in the seminar and benefitted from it. The seminar will continue till February 5.

The seminar was inaugurated by Anant Sadashiv, senior divisional electrical engineer, Tatanagar. Sadashiv said that these types of seminars help in the development of an organization and it is the need of the hour.

The special guest of the program was Pashupati Nath Sah, education officer, CBWE. Sah said that the railway employees should follow the slogan �service with dignity for rendering quality services.�

According to him, the railway locomotive drivers needed to provide service with a peaceful mind and in a stress-free environment.
