Seminar on traffic norms and road safety at Govind Vidyalaya

Jamshedpur, May 6: ‘Young India,’ a movement for Indian Youth to converge, lead, co-create and influence the future of the nation, has been conducting seminars on topical and current issues across educational institutions, conducted a seminar on traffic norms and road safety features at the Govind Vidyalaya in Tamulia on Saturday, May 6.

Young India representatives Mansi Agarwal and Sakshi Gupta presented a power-point demonstration on road safety norms. While doing so, they observed, “Traffic and road safety are major issues not only in India but around the world. These issues range from minor inconveniences to major accidents including fatalities.” The demonstration was followed by an interactive session in which several questions were asked, both, by Sakshi and Mansi and by the students. School Secretary Abhishek Sharma and Principal Krishna Modak along with teachers and students between classes IV and VIII were present at the seminar. The entire seminar was anchored jointly by Naushad Razia and Pushpanjali Srivastava.
