Jamshedpur, March 16: A seminar on the emerging concept of Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) was organized on Monday at the RVS College of Engineering and Technology campus to help students and faculty understand the evolving landscape of advanced AI technologies. The program was jointly conducted by the BBA and BCA departments of the institution.
The primary objective of the seminar was to introduce participants to the latest developments in artificial intelligence and to explore how advanced AI systems were transforming various sectors.
The keynote speaker for the event was Professor Kaustubh Chandrachoor from Patna Science College. During his lecture, he provided an in-depth explanation of Agentic AI, describing how this emerging form of artificial intelligence could make autonomous decisions and perform tasks independently with minimal human intervention.
Professor Chandrachoor highlighted that Agentic AI had the potential to significantly improve efficiency and productivity across multiple fields, including business operations, technology development, and administrative processes. He also discussed the technological mechanisms that allowed such systems to analyze data, adapt to changing conditions, and execute decisions on their own.
Students actively participated in the seminar by asking questions about the development of AI technologies, their practical applications, and the ethical and technical challenges associated with them. The keynote speaker responded to the queries in detail, encouraging students to explore research and innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.
The program was attended by Dr. Rekha Tiwary, Head of the BBA and BCA Departments, along with faculty members and a large number of students.
At the conclusion of the seminar, Principal Prof. Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari thanked the keynote speaker for delivering an informative lecture and emphasized the importance of organizing such academic programs regularly to keep students updated with modern technological advancements.
