Security guard of Jamshedpur’s Madhusudan Apartment commits suicide

Jamshedpur, Sept 8: One Sonu Verma, a security guard deputed at Madhusudan Apartment, Dimna Road, committed suicide by hanging self to death on Sunday, police said.

Sources said Ram Sevak Verma, father of the deceased, has expressed suspicion that his son was killed. The bereaved father said the killers of his son made it look like a case of suicide. He has demanded a thorough probe into the incident.

Sources said the incident took place in the morning when the residents of the apartment informed Ram Sevak Verma and police about the incident. The deceased had left his home around 7 pm Saturday.

BJP leaders gheraoed Olidih police station after the incident and demanded a fair probe into the incident. They alleged that there was some foul play in the incident.
