Secretary to CM reviews 13 Jan Samvad complaints

Ranchi : Secretary to the Chief Minister Sunil Kumar Barnwal reviewed 13 complaints registered with Mukhyamantri Jan Samvad Kendra on Tuesday. On running a hotel in residential premises in Harmu, he directed the nodal officer of Urban Development to probe whether trade license has been taken or not and ask the Housing Board MD the provision of running a hotel in residential premises.

In connection with the payment to a teacher in Madhur Muskan Blind School at Kashidih in Deoghar, the officials replied that the NGO has been paid the money. Barnwal asked the officials to deduct the NGOís funds and make payment to the teacher.

In respect of one Padma Deviís old age pension, the Secretary directed the officials to regularize it soon. On construction of toilet on litigated land at Kundraha, the Secretary was told by the nodal officer that the construction has been stopped.

In connection with running two colleges in a building and getting funds from the government, the secretary directed the officials concerned to write to the Higher Education Sec and Welfare Secretary in this regard. He also directed them to write to the finance department and release Gopal Krishna Jhaís salary adjusting his leaves. He was also reported that the fund against acquisition of land of Dinesh Prasad is kept ready in the treasury and after the case is resolved, it will be given to him.
