Second phase of Covid-19 vaccination begins today in Saraikela

Seraikela : Civil surgeon Dr. Himanshu Bhushan Barwar said that Covid-2.0, the second phase of Covid-19 vaccination, is being started in the district from March 1. Under this, along with the Health Care Worker and Front Line Worker, 45 to 59 years old people will be given Morbid category and above 60 years of age, Covid-19 vaccine will be given.

Health care workers and frontline workers will be given the first and second vaccine during the vaccination session. While the common people will be vaccinated by onsite registration, for this 14 hospitals in the district have been identified, including 13 government hospitals and a private hospital.

Sadar Hospital Saraikela, Community Health Center Chandil, Gamharia, Ichagarh, Kharsawan, Kuchai, Neemadih, Rajnagar, PHC Tiruldih, Haribhanja, Govindpur, Sini, Hunterpathardih and Brahmanand Hospital have been made session sites in the second phase of the Kovid-19 vaccine.
