SDSM students showcase talent at Rangoli and Diya making contest

Jamshedpur, October 27:S.D.S.M. School for Excellence organized Rangoli Competition where the students filled the atmosphere with colours, zeal of enthusiasm and excitement.

At the competition students got a chance to showcase their inner artistic skills. Students of class 1 to 5 participated in Diya Making Competition and while class 6 to 12 students participated in Rangoli Competition.

In Group A (Class1-2) Diya making contest-Gursharan Kaur won the first prize followed by Anwesha Chandra, Tanya Thakur. Dhananjay won the consolation prize. In Group B (Class3-5) Diya Making contest-Akhil Sharma won the first prize, Amol Kumar won the second while HimanshuBhai patel was third.

Ayushi Banerjee won the consolation prize. In Group C (Class9-12) Rangoli contest-Tree Family was first while Fire Family received second prize. The winners were awarded by Principal Moushumi Das who also encouraged and inspired the students. The programme was organized under the supervision of the Performing Art Co-ordinator Sucheta Basu and teacher Tikam Dasand Satish Madhavan.
