SDSM School organises career fair

Jamshedpur: S.D.S.M. School for Excellence organized 2nd annual career fair with an objective to provide proper career guidance to the students of Std. VIII to XII on 22nd December.
The session was inaugurated in the school auditorium by Principal Moushumi Das, Vice-Principal, Ragini Singh with the Principals of invitee schools Meena Bugli, Dr. Parinita Shukla and Sumita Dey. Chairman, Diwakar Singh visited to witness the career counseling session. At this inaugural session delegates of participating Universities and Institutions were also present. The session was conducted by twelve renowned educationists and career councilors� from Netaji Subhas University, Chandigarh University, Academy of Fashion and Art, O. P. Jindal University, NTTF, AMITY Education Group, Brainware University, Quantum University, Chitkara University, Axis Bank Limited, Thesis Institute, GIET, Gunupur. Around 250 students turned up with their parents to avail the career opportunities. Students from three different schools along with the teacher representatives also attended the Fair.
On this occasion, Principal, Moushumi Das suggested that there are vast career options available today and students need guidance on the same fields. Motivating the students she mentioned establishing one�s career and making money are two different aspects. Students must explore various courses in order to progress in life and to contribute towards development of the society. At the end she proposed her sincere gratitude to all the delegates for their active contribution and suggestion to the aspiring students.
