SDSM School holds career fair

Jamshedpur, Dec. 15: S.D.S.M. School for Excellence organized 3rd Annual Career Fair with an objective to provide proper career guidance to the students of Std.VIII to XII, in the school premises on Saturday, December 14.

The session was inaugurated by Principal Moushumi Das in presence of Vice-Principal Ragini Singh, Principals of other schools
 including Mikki Singh of Chinmaya Vidyalaya South Park, Francis Joseph of Kasidih High School and Vice-Principal Rakesh Kr Pandey.

The session was conducted by eighteen Career Counselors� from Amity Education Group, Arka Jain University, Academy of Fashion and Art, NSIBM, Chandigarh University, GIET, Gunupur, ICSI, ICFAI,  KL University, KMPM Vocational College, Mist Plus, NTTF, O. P. Jindal University, Resonance, RIT Roorkee, SRM University, Sarla Birla University and  Thesis Institute.

Around 600 students turned up with their parents to avail the career opportunities. Students from different schools along with the teacher representatives also attended the fair.

On this occasion, Principal Moushumi Das suggested that there are vast career options available today and students need guidance on the same fields. Motivating the students she mentioned establishing one�s career in our own country. She also reiterated that if the student�s attitude and aspirations are in harmony then there will be an actual growth among the students career. Students must explore various courses in order to progress in life and to contribute towards development of the society. At the end she proposed her sincere gratitude to all the delegates for their active contribution and suggestion to the aspiring students.
