Jamshedpur, June 17: SDSM School for Excellence celebrated ‘Achievers’ Day’ to felicitate the toppers of the CBSE class 10 and 12 board exams on Saturday, 17th June.
The programme was organized in the school auditorium. Sonal Singh and Shruti Dubey scored 10 CGPA in class and were awarded for this achievement.
The toppers of class 12 Pure Science (Nitesh Kumar Rai 91.20%), and Commerce (Amandeep – 91.4%) were also honoured.
All the subject toppers of class 10 and 12 were honoured by the school management. The Board results this year have been remarkable as 12 students of class 12 got 80% and above.
The prizes were given away by the Chairman, Diwakar Singh, Principal, Moushumi Das and Vice-Principal Ragini Singh. The distance is nothing; it is only the first step that is difficult.
The awards given to them were to encourage the achievers and to motivate the rest so that they may aspire to do better in future. The programme ended with the national anthem and school song.
