Jamshedpur: SD Public School at Chhota Govindpur was the venue for the 3rd Annual Sports Event- 2018 today.
School principal Sashi Kant Singh welcomed the guests. The students presented a colourful march past after which the sporting events commenced. The school secretary Vijay Shankar lighted a torch signaling commencement of the events.
The students described their skills in different sports including dash, relay, hurdles, obstacle race, kabaddi and tug-of-war events. Other students displayed their fitness acumen by performing yoga, aerobics and PT. Fun games were organized for junior students while parents partook in a musical chair event.
Winners were presented medallions and certificates. School teacher Anindita Roy offered the vote of thanks to signal the close of the event.
