Jamshedpur, September 13: School children will have the opportunity to travel in the Tatanagar-Patna Vande Bharat Express to Chandil or Muri stations. The Railway Commercial Department has compiled a list of 125 children and is reaching out to schools to arrange additional travel for other students.
The South East Zone has announced that six Vande Bharat trains will be inaugurated from Tatanagar on September 15. The Prime Minister will flag off the Tatanagar-Patna Vande Bharat, while also inaugurating the Barhampur-Tatanagar, Rourkela-Howrah, Deoghar-Banaras, Howrah-Dhanbad, and Howrah-Dumka Vande Bharat trains online.
Preparations `were underway for the trial run of the Rourkela-Howrah Vande Bharat train on Friday, with the coach currently stationed at Santragachhi. The Railway has released the schedules for the Patna, Barhampur, and Rourkela Vande Bharat trains, and a team of RPF personnel has been assigned to ensure passenger safety and convenience.
