Jamshedpur: A delegation from the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), led by President Vijay Anand Moonka, held a meeting with the newly appointed Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum district, Ananya Mittal. During the meeting, the Chamber congratulated Mittal on assuming his new role, and President Moonka took the opportunity to address a critical issue concerning closed land registry in the Tata lease area.
Moonka highlighted the challenges faced by the public and the resultant revenue loss for the government due to the closed land registry in the company lease area. He urged the Deputy Commissioner to take immediate action to resume the registry process. In response, Ananya Mittal assured the Chamber that he would promptly address the matter and take necessary steps to initiate the closed registry.
The meeting also touched upon the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, with Mittal encouraging the Chamber to actively participate in voter awareness campaigns. Recognizing the importance of increasing voter turnout, he requested the Chamber’s involvement in spreading awareness and engaging the community in the electoral process.
During the interaction, President Vijay Anand Moonka conveyed the Chamber’s commitment to positively contribute to the electoral awareness campaigns. The officials present at the meeting included Honorary General Secretary Manav Kedia, Vice President (Trade and Commerce) Anil Modi, Vice President (Industry) Punit Kanwatiya, Vice President (Tax and Taxation) Rajeev Agarwal, Vice President (Public Relations and Welfare) Abhishek Agarwal Goldie, Secretary Bharat Makani, Secretary Advocate Anshul Ringasiya, and Treasurer CA Anil Ringasiya.
Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal extended his best wishes to the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and appealed for collaborative efforts to address local issues and enhance community participation in civic processes. The Chamber expressed gratitude for the assurance from the Deputy Commissioner and looks forward to working together for the betterment of the district.
