Satyanarayana Puja draws devotees on day 4 of Saastha Preethi Celebrations

Jamshedpur, Jan. 23: On the fourth day of the 68th Saastha Preethi Celebrations at Dharma Saastha Temple in Bistupur, Maha Ganpathy Homam started the day at 5.30 am followed by Kalash Sthapna of 24 deities.

Maha Rudra Maha Yagna Japam and Homam continued for the second day. 22 pandits performed path of Rudra 11 times along with Homam. The first session concluded with Maha Deeparadhana and Prasad distribution among devotees.

In the evening puja of Lord Satyanarayana was held. Since the last five years, management of the temple organizes one –day Satyanarayan Katha during Saastha Preethi Celebrations for the citizens of Jamshedpur.

Rudra Kramarchana and Veda Parayanam were also held were hundreds of devotees were present at the temple. The day concluded with Sahashra Nama Archana.

It may be noted that Dharma Saastha Samooham is organizing the 68th Saastha Preethi Celebrations from January 20 to 31at Uttara Sabarrimalai, Dharma Saastha Temple, Kharkai Link Road in Bistupur.
