75th Saastha Preethi celebrations
Jamshedpur, Feb 1: On the third day of Maha Rudra Yag at Sri Dharma Saastha Temple as part of 75th Saastha Preethi celebrations today, the pujas started with havan for Sri Maha Ganapati on Wednesday morning. Later on the visiting Ved Pandits did kalash sthapana for the deities of the Temple. Later on they performed Maha Rudra Yagna for 11 x 11 times which will be held till 2nd February 2023 with all of them chanting Rudram. Pandits also conducted jaap.
After performing maha arati for the deities, prasad was distributed to hundreds of devotees by the managing committee members. All the pujas have been performed under the guidance of Brahmashri Vijaya Bhanu Ganapadigal and PN Sankaran, Chairman of the Temple.
In the evening, Sri Satyanarayan Puja was performed by Subramanya Sastri and S Ramachandran pandit. Ved Pandits also chanted all 4 Vedas. N Ramamurthy, Working President, K P G Nair, Murlidharan, Vice Presidents, K S Jayaraman, Secretary, A S Visweswaran, Treasurer, B Subramanian, Shiv Kumar, P Srinivasan, Joint Secretaries are lending their able hand in the organisation of all the pujas at the Temple.
