Saryu sets up ‘Redressal Center’ to offer help for local grievances

Jamshedpur, Feb. 3 : State food and civil supplies minister and Jamshedpur (West) MLA Saryu Royhas set up the Public Grievance Management System ‘Redressal Centre’ portal for quick solution of the problems of his Assembly area.

The complaint can be filed on toll free number (18001212395). In addition, whatsApp on the phone will be recorded on the phone (8340538723), website (www.saryuroy.in), e-mail (saryuroyoffice@gmail.com) and land line (0651-712-2702 / 03).

While complaining, the complainant will be provided a unique number, through which he can get the information. Its specialty is that after the complaint, complainant will be able to see theits status report along with Saryu Roy and the concerned officer (who will be forwarded). The complaint can be lodged at any time on the portal. The Nodal Head of the portal, Ritesh Chandra Gupta and members of his team ShreyaSwaraj, ShivendraNathTiwari, Mithunjayare spreading the word for the centre among the public in many parts of the city on Saturday.

The locals can give information about some problems, the time has been fixed from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. This system will work as a call center.

�It is our ambitious project.This would not only prevent residents from flocking office either in city or at capital with their complaints and wasting their energy, time and resources but also monitor if their grievance are solved or not at the comfort of their house. People can send photos of their problems on whatsapp or internet,� noted an official.

People can use their OTP and complaint number to track status of their complaints or suggestion. While government departments can also log into to the website and see the number of complaints relevant to their departments for speedy disposal.
