Ranchi, Jan 13: Former minister and Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy is all set to file a case against Jharkhand�s Advocate General Ajit Kumar in connection with a censure motion passed by Jharkhand State Bar Council allegedly at latter�s behest.
�Meeting has been fixed with Dr Subramanian Swamy and senior advocates of New Delhi for filing case against the AG of Jharkhand. A legal battle against censure motion passed by Jharkhand State Bar Council on the behest of the AG in corruption related cases will follow for sure,� he said in a tweet.
