Saryu Roy to demand privilege violation notice in Jharkhand Assembly

Ranchi, Mar 11: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy has presented special privilege proposal to the assembly speaker on Wednesday claiming that based on the department secretaries advise several ministers are giving wrong statements in the assembly floor in reply to the questions raised by MLAs which is a violation of the special privilege of the assembly. 
Saryu Roy has requested the assembly speaker that on Friday after zero hours of the assembly the special privilege notice should be accepted for discussion in the assembly. The MLA has said that mines department has given wrong answers to his questions and the mining department officials also violate the special privilege of the assembly committees.
