Saryu Roy lays foundation of Mohalla Clinic in Sonari

Jamshedpur: State food minister Saryu Roy laid the foundation stone of Mohalla Clinic in Sonari on Sunday. He said the clinic was being constructed with the view to provide quality health services to the residents of various slums at their doorsteps. He said the clinic will have doctors, paramedical staff and nurses on the first floor of the community building in Nirmal Nagar which is being converted into a primary health centre (PHC).

The JNAC officials said such Mohalla Clinics would be opened in other localities too.
Others present on the occasion included Sanjeev Kumar, representative of MP Jamshedpur Bidyut Baran Mahato, Chitranjan Verma, representative of Jamshedpur West MLA Saryu Roy, Ashutosh Roy, Raghvendra Pratap and Chunnu Bhumij.
