Saryu Roy discusses civic amenities during mass contact drive

Jamshedpur, Nov 28: Independent candidate from Jamshedpur East Assembly constituency Saryu Roy visited Vastu Vihar and other adjoining localities on Wednesday as a part of his ongoing election campaign. He interacted with voters and appealed to them to support him in the upcoming Assembly election. He said the voters should vote for change.

Roy also met several people at his central election office in the morning. He inaugurated his election office at Sitaramdera New Layout and Bhuiyandih. Thereafter he went to Sidhgora, Nehru Colony at Sakchi, Tuiladungri, Muslim Basti, Lohar Line, Gwala Basti of telco and Manifit. He said he had visited the constituency and found out that the people were still deprived of basic civic amenities.

Roy said the people of the constituency were dependent on Jusco for drinking water. He said better arrangements for drinking water supply should be made for the people.

The former minister addressed two public meetings at Zone No 2, Birsanagar, and Suraj Petro Pump, Telco.
