Saryu Roy assures development plans for Bagunhatu Football Ground in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, May 2: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy visited Bagunhatu football ground on Thursday and discussed with local residents about the development initiatives in progress in the area. Interacting with the community, he took note of various improvement projects and listened to their demands.

Residents voiced their requests for the construction of a boundary wall and kitchen shed for the football ground, as well as stadium renovation. Women emphasized the need for a dedicated yoga shed in the stadium premises.

Roy assured to fulfill the community’s demands promptly, aiming to transform Bagunhatu football ground into a well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing facility. Plans included the construction of toilets adjacent to the field and a kitchen shed near the community building, with construction set to commence post the Lok Sabha elections.

Saryu Roy spoke of plans for a new park along the riverbank in Bagunhatu, enhancing the area’s aesthetic appeal and providing residents with a serene walking environment. He also highlighted the establishment of an open gym in the Maidan, catering to the fitness needs of local residents.
