Jamshedpur, April 2: Jamshedpur East MLA and chairperson of Bharatiya Jantantra Morcha Saryu Rai has once again opened a front against BJP.
It may be noted that due to Saryu Rai’s rebellion before the last assembly elections, not only the then Chief Minister Raghuvar Das had to lose power, but BJP also had to lose the state.
Now he is vocal about Dhullu Mahato, the BJP candidate from Dhanbad Lok Sabha seat and is openly attacking him along with BJP-led Central Government regarding the threatening viral audio of gangster Prince Khan.
Saryu Rai has made it clear that he has seen many such threats in his political career, it will not make any difference. He has appealed to the people of Dhanbad to vote thoughtfully.
Taking aim at BJP state president Babulal Marandi, Saryu Rai said that his attitude towards candidates like Dhullu Mahato is reflecting his mentality to some extent.
Saryu Rai claimed that more than 50 criminal cases are registered against Dhullu Mahato. The judiciary and the Election Commission will have to show seriousness.
Enforcement Directorate (ED) has registered an FIR against Dhullu Mahato and if former chief minister Hemant Soren can go behind the bars then why is leniency being shown in the case of Dhullu Mahato.
He told that even after raising his voice in the Assembly, Prince Khan has not been brought abroad till now, this is the failure of the Central Government. He is carrying out criminal activities from abroad.
“The Indian government should take initiative on this matter and bring him back home immediately. The Election Commission should investigate the relationship between Dhullu Mahato and Prince Khan,” said Rai.
