Gamharia: Santosh Singh was elected the president of Jan Kalyan Durga Puja Committee at Gamharia. He was elected for the said post during a meeting of the committee members held at Gamharia on Tuesday.
It was unanimously decided to organize Durga Puja in a grand manner and work out the puja plan well beforehand so as to prevent any inconveniences to be caused to the devotees. Many committee members were present during the meeting.
