training program has been formulated on the lines of functional and behavioral skills and organizational knowledge.
The training program was formally inaugurated by Chanakya Chaudhary vice president
Corporate Services on February 8, 2019. He emphasized the importance of training and
skill development of employees. Gopal Prasad Choudhary, chief security and brand
protection briefed about the overview of this program and its objectives.
R Ravi Prasad, president TWU, Deepa Verma ,chief HRM K&E, Prakash Singh, chief Capability
Development, Md Rashid Jaffrey head HRM Enabling Functions, Md Shahnawaz Alam,
vice president TWU, Kamlesh Singh, asst secretary TWU also graced the occasion.
R Ravi Prasad in his address appreciated the program design and said that this
program would enhance the skills of employees. Deepa Verma proposed the
vote of thanks and encouraged participants to take full advantage of this program.
