Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Saman Adhikar Manch members have decided to launch an agitation to demand ownership right to the residents of all bustees of the city and amendment in domicile policy. A meeting was held in this regard here on Sunday. It was presided over by Munna Sharma who said the people would be made aware in the first phase of the campaign. He said 15th November 2000 should be fixed as the qualifying date for deciding the domicile policy. Among others present on the occasion include Manoj Singh, Pawan Singh, Suresh Rai, UK Sharma, Mantu Singh, Sanjay Singh, Rajesh Jha, Uday Yadav, Tapan Kumar, Uma Singh Ishwar, Durga Prasad, Satyendra Sharma and Shubhankar.
