Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has issued orders to withhold 20 per cent of the pension of retired executive engineer of the road division, Giridih, Ram Nihora Singh, by the state government.
The retired engineer is accused of irregularity in government work. He is accused of making unauthorized payment to a contractor.
