Jamshedpur, June 2: The foundation day of Sainath Devsthanam, Ghorabandha, Telco, was celebrated on Saturday, 2nd June. The celebration started with Kakkar aarti at 5.30 pm and concluded at 10 pm. A palaki procession was also taken out at 4 pm in a traditional manner. A large number of devotees were present to attend the event. From 6 pm onwards, a bhajan programme was held. Renowned Bhajan singer Prem Agrawal performed on the occasion.
Mahaprasad was organised from 1 pm to 3 pm where more than 5000 devotees were in attendance. On the lines of temples in South India, artists from Srikakulam vocally presented rendering of Nadaswaram which was the centre of attraction of foundation day.
On the occasion temple committee chairman Rajeev Kumar and President Anoop Ranjan were present.
To make the religious programme successful, Ujjwal Kumar, Raj Kumar Singh, Inderjeet Nandi, Dr. Manoj Kumar Sinha, Risheswar Dayal, Ram Prakash Pandey, Shilendra Kumar Mishra, Raj Kishore Sahu, C Uday Bhaskar, Nootan Kumari, Rashmi Narayan, Jitendra Roy, Bijay Kumar Singh, Kaushik Ghosh and others provided full support.
