Ranchi: The MP of Ranchi and former tourism minister Subodhkant Sahay has been elected the president of Akhil Bharatiya Panchayat Parishad.
He said it will be his effort to ensure that the panchayats get their full rights and are able to implement various development and welfare schemes.
