Gamharia: Safety week began at plant no three of Ramkrishna Forging Limited at Adityapur.
The programme was inaugurated by chairman of RKFL Group of Companies Mahavari Prasad Jalan by lighting the lamp.
He on the occasion urged the employees to follow safety norms inside and outside of the company.
The employees on the occasion took pledge of safety. Various events including slogans on safety, quiz, and poster contests would be held during the seven-day-long programme.
The chairman also inaugurated a clinic on the company premises.
