Jamshedpurs: Sacred Heart Convent School hosted a special event titled “Joy of Creation” to kick off the Season of Creation, being celebrated from September 1 to October 4. This annual observance emphasizes the celebration of the natural world and the food we harvest.
The event featured a dynamic enactment by the students, led by their teachers, showcasing the formation of the Earth and advocating for environmental conservation. A video compilation highlighting the students’ contributions to environmental sustainability was also presented.
Sister M. Steffi A.C., the Principal, educated the young audience. She requested the children to make an effort to see the bigger picture, a picture where our environment is the most beautiful creation of the Divine and we need to salvage as much as we can for our future generations.
To keep the spirit of the celebration uplifted, the Environment Club of the school has lined up fun activities for the entirety of the time period for which it is observed. Students of all grades will be included in the celebration in order to spread awareness. The event “joy of creation” was a grand success. The students eagerly look forward to the upcoming events
