Jamshedpur, May 22: RVS College of Engineering and Technology has completed its ten glorious years of imparting technical education in the state of Jharkhand.

Celebrating the tenth anniversary, the RVSCET family analyzed its achievements and chalked out outlines of future work plan.

The main building of the college was unveiled by the then chief minister of Jharkhand Arjun Munda and he expressed hope that this college would prove to be the worth remarking centre of technical education in the state of Jharkhand.

It would give the state its identity in the field of technical education on national level.

On the occasion of its tenth anniversary on May 22, 2014, the director of the college Prof. (Dr) M P Singh said that six batches of four year B. Tech courses had passed out.

In all these six batches one thousand four hundred and fifteen students successfully got the B. Tech degree and most of them got employment in various industries.

The chairman of the college Mr Binda singh cut the cake and congratulated the teaching and non teaching staff.

On this occasion the Principal of the college Dr. Sukomal Ghosh, all the HODs, faculty members and staff were present. The function was conducted by HOD (Training &Placement) N. Roychoudhar.
