RVS Academy: Umar, Diksha take oath as head boy and girl at investiture

Jamshedpur, Aug 29: The Investiture Ceremony of R.V.S. Academy for the academic session 2019-2020 was held with great pomp during special assembly held at the school ground on 29th August.

The event was presided over by the school Principal. It was conducted with a high degree of earnestness and passion.


The felicitation ceremony on the day witnessed the induction of the office bearers for the year 2019-20. The chosen members of the student council body were applauded which was followed by the oath taking ceremony of the student senate where they pledged to carry out the duties assigned to them with sincerity and efficiency and hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth and Honour.

The Principal in her address congratulated School Cabinet members and urged the students to realize the importance of opportunities that come in their way and acquire skills that will make them worthy citizens who are willing to give back not only to their family but to the society, nation and the world at large.

She added that the student council body of the School represents values of righteousness, responsibility, integrity and headship. They are a rare combination of valour, humility and competence.

Md Umar Khan and Diksha Kumari will be leading the Student Council as the chosen Head Boy and Head Girl respectively.

Both of them in their speeches affirmed their missions and solemnly pledged to keep the flag of the school flying high. The elected Captains of the four houses of the school were- Rose House Captains : Laiba Aslam and Ritesh Kumar Yadav. Violet House Captains : Shruti Nag and Md Ahmed Raza. Sunflower  House Captains: Aditya Kumar Singh and Rishu Bharghav. Aster House Captains : Sonal Sharma and Yuvraj Singh. The Vice-Principal of the school congratulated the new student committee.
