Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee launched a drive against banned polythene in Sakchi. A team led by City Manager Sonal Singh Chouhan confiscated polythene bags from several traders. A sum of Rs 6000 was collected in fine. The traders were warned against storing, selling or using polythene bags. Special Officer of JNAC Sanjay Kumar has set up several flying squads for running anti-polythene drive in the city from 1st September till 15th September.
