Ranchi, Jan 29: Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that a fund worth Rs. 50 crore will be provisioned under Start Up India in 2016-17 to boost youths.
Dedicating the second edition of Ranchi guide map by the Indian Survey Department, he said, �Society and nation can be developed by the people having knowledge,� adding, �The state government is working to brush up the youths� talent.�
He said that the map will play an important role in realizing the dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It will help in getting information of damages caused to crops and providing compensation. According to Das, now this survey can be done at panchayat level. Moreover, this map will be helpful in the time of disasters. Maps will be prepared for other districts also on the line of Ranchi.
Praising the natural beauty of Jharkhand, the CM said that there is ample possibility of promoting tourism in the state.
Tourism is being given the status of industry. Cultural tourism is promoted in the state. The students who come to know about mines and minerals are also related with tourism.
It will create employment and make the region prosperous. The CM said that the state will be among the developed states of the nation within 5 years.
