Rs 1.24 lakh stolen from fodder store

Jamshedpur, June 22: In a case of theft late on Sunday night burglars� decamped Rs 1.24 lakh from the animal fodder store of Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce & Industry Vice-President Vijay Anand Moonka from his Palang Market situated shop under Sakchi Police Station.

After getting the information on Monday morning Police reached the store and started collecting evidence. According the police officer of Sakchi PS the thief is well versed with the shop.

According to the sufferer Vijay Anand Moonka, when he reached the shop on Monday morning he found that the back door of the shop was opened and the cash kept in the counter was missing.

Soon he informed the incident to the police.

Sakchi Police Station officer Gopal Singh said that the case is being investigated and inquiry is being held with the concerned people.

Singh assured of strict action against the culprit as and when he is nabbed.
