Jamshedpur: Rotary Clubs celebrates January as vocational service month. To mark the occasion, Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West organised Vocational Award Ceremony at United Club in Bistupur on January 11.
At the award ceremony President of NGO Swagat, Usha Devi and President of Udaan Viklang Workshop, R Dharma Raju were felicitated.
Usha Devi is working tirelessly in providing training to women who work in making household products. On the other hand, R Dharma Raju and his organisation impart training to physically challenged people who are indulged in making candles and other products.
President of Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West, Dr Rita Jha and Secretary Rajesh Kumar handed over the letter of appreciation to both the guests. Social worker Taru Gandhi was present as a special invitee at the function. On the occasion all the members of the club were present.
