Jamshedpur: Rotary Clubs all over India, under the Happy School Project started collection of books in July this year.
Literacy Committee of Rotary Club of Jamshedpur and SIGMA, an association of XLRI, Jamshedpur, were the main drivers for the book collection.
From Jamshedpur 19 schools responded and contributed for donating the used books and stationary items.
12,000 books were handed over by Sharad Sarin to Preeti Sehgal, Chief CSR, Jusco, for their CSR initiative of setting up a mobile book bank in rural areas of Saraikela Kharsawan.
