jamshedpur: An outdoor games event was organised by Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West among 160 students of Upgraded Middle School, Bhatia Basti, Kadma.
Rotarian Nibha, Anne Neelam and her friends along with Rotaractors of KCC joined in making the programme successful.
�We gifted carrom board, ludo board, bowling games, badminton sets, basketball games and other sports and games materials to the school so that children could play both indoor and outdoor games and develop themselves physically and mentally.
We also gifted a dozen of Nursery books and colourful balloons with pictures of cartoon character printed on them for nursery and KG children,� said the organizers.
All participants enjoyed the sports events and engaged themselves in sack race, pick up and run race, frog race, mental games and other games on the occasion. Prizes with daily utility were given to the winners.
Snacks were distributed among the participants.
