Jamshedpur, March 27: Swadeshi Jagran Manch Jamshedpur (women’s wing) organised a session on the role of women in family and society.
Opening the seminar, chief guest Dr. UshaShukla, principal, Graduate College Manoj Kumar Singh and Manju Thakur spoke about the importance of women.
UshaShukla said in her address that women are in the leading role today. Women in all sectors of the society put forward.Keynote address was given by Manoj Kumar Singh� He spoke on misconceptions about women in the Middle Ages, which extends to the present day society.
On this occasion, primarily RajptiDevi, Rita Misra, Rita Lal, Mamta Singh, Chandana Banerjee, PreetiSinha, Meena Prasad, Sunita Singh, Pallavi, Archana Singh, Urmila Thakur, Munni Devi, RakeshPandey, Dev Kumar, Abhishek Bajaj were present.
