Robbery in hardware store, Rs 60 thousand stolen from cashbox near Jamshedpur

Gamharia, April 9: In a late night robbery on Saturday, a hardware store, Jagannath Traders, robbers cut open a portion of the asbestos roof and took away cash worth Rs 60,000 from the cash box. Jagannath Traders is in Ramchandrapur under Gamharia police station. According to reports, when the shop owner Pramod Kumar Agarwal reached his shop in the morning, he discovered that the asbestos ceiling had been broken. Agarwal also found that cash worth around Rs 60,000 had been taken away from the cashbox. The Gamharia police were informed on Sunday morning after the theft was discovered. They arrived at the spot and started investigating. The police are started investigating. They were scanning CCTV footage caught on camera placed inside the shop. The footage revealed a person entering the shop. The police took a long look of the man while examining the footage of the CCTV camera. The investigation is in progress.
