Ranchi: A delegation of Rashtriya Janata Dal leaders today met party president Lalu Prasad Yadav in Birsa Munda Central Jail and demanded his intervention in the sand auction issue.
The party leaders demanded that the state government should be asked to take prompt action on auction of sand ghats in the state.
They said the construction sector was adversely affected by the delay in taking decision by the state government.
