Gamharia: State RJD general secretary cum Kolhan in-charge Manoj Kumar Pandey said that the party would carry out membership campaign from panchayat level to the city units.
The committees to be constituted from village to state level would be announced after Holi, he said.
Pandey while addressing a party meeting at RJD camp office at Gamharia said that the present government in Jharkhand had deceived the people by increasing VAT on petrol and diesel.
While on one hand fuel prices have decreased substantially in international level the on the other the state government hiked the fuel prices which would compel the farmers to commit suicides.
He said that RJD would intensify agitation if state government endorsed land acquisition ordinance.
