Jamshedpur: Nav Yuvak Sangh today honoured newly elected legislator from the Jamshedpur East constituency Saryu Roy at the Mills and Godown Area in Burmamines. He was greeted with fireworks and band party. Leaders on the dais included Saryu Roy, Chandragupt Singh, Ravindra Singh, Ramnarayan Sharma, Subodh Srivastav, Rambalak Singh, Amit Sharma, Dinesh Singh, Nagendra Singh and DD Tripathy. They were all welcomed with bouquets and shawls.

Speaking on the occasion, Rai observed, �The reign of arrogance and fear has ended in Jamshedpur�s East Vidhan Sabha constituency. The love and affection of the people of Jamshedpur will motivate me to live up to their expectations. It is you who are the real claimants of respect that you have given me. The honour that you have bestowed me with will always remind me that it is the people who are the real Gods who elect a leader and it is not the other way around. If only the proud and arrogant team from the Jamshedpur East Vidhan Sabha constituency understood this!�

The guests then enjoyed delicious litti and chokha made for them on the occasion.
