Jamshedpur, May 7: ICSE and ISC results were declared on 7th May. Sounak Bannerjee, the ICSE Jharkhand topper is a student of KSMS. He has scored an aggregate of 99% in board exams. In an exclusive chat with The Avenue Mail, Sounak revealed his key to success.
He said, �I am feeling really good after the declaration of results. My parents and teachers are extremely proud of me. They are getting calls from distant family members to congratulate them.� Sounak�s father Suman Bannerjee said that due to time constraints, he could not help his son in his studies but Sounak�s hard work has helped him achieve his goal. Sounak said, �Hard work and regular studies are my success mantra.�
Sounak attributes his success to his teachers who guided and supported him. He said as an advice to his juniors that students should be sincere and remain focused on their studies. Sounak plans to pursue engineering for his higher studies and is working hard towards achieving a seat in a good engineering college.
