Jamshedpur, Mar 15: Tisco Nibandhit Shramik Sangh (an outfit of the registered ward of retired employees) delegation today met Tata Workers Union officials and urged that along with wage agreement t there was also an agreement for employment of 500 registered wards of retired employees and forming of a new company in the name of NTPE for those wards whose age debars them from getting employment in Tata Steel can get direct employment in NTTE.
They asked the TWU officials to remember the agreement and ensure talks with company management for employment of 500 registered wards and also take steps in the direction of NTTE as per the agreement signed by erstwhile TWU committee of R Ravi Prasad and form a regulation in consultation with the company management in the month of March.
