Jamshedpur, May 5: RD Tata Institute of Technical Education, Golmuri celebrated its 15th annual day at Loyola Fasy Auditorium. Amar Jha, CEO, Jharkhand Skill Mission, Special Guest, B V Sudarshan, Director, NTTF, R. Ravi Prasad, president, Tata Workers’ Union, Sunil Bhaskaran, vice president, Corporate Services, along with Principal Satish Joshi inaugurated the programme.
Jha said: “Skill development is the need of the hour and Jharkhand is fast changing every day. We need to find out ways of providing employment to the youth. In the coming days, we will be able to take the country on the path of development, only on the strength of skill and technology”.
During the award ceremony, NTTF’s Administrative Officer Varun Kumar and Library Officer, Ansh Shiv Prasad were awarded 10 years of superior and notable contribution.
On this occasion, 1500 students were present on the occasion. Chief Financial Officer of NTTF, Kashinath Das, Tata Steel Captain Amitab Devshish Chatterjee, District Skill Development Officer, Shashi Bhushan, JT Tata Workers Union’s Satish Singh and other senior officials of Tata Motors were also present.
