Groundsmen are trying their best to make the ground ready and playable but it all depends on the weather as how it behaves on Monday.

With weathermen predicting further wet spells in the next 24 hours, JSCA managers are only keeping their fingers crossed. Meanwhile, the Jharkhand team spent time working out at the gym this morning, while Delhi players remained confined to their hotel rooms.

Fans in huge number turned out to watch the big names make it to the ground the likes of Virendar Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Ashish Nehra and other before the start of the play but were left disappointed as umpires after inspecting the ground called it a day.
